It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-28 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

All orders will be processed with Australia Post. Orders will be sent Monday to Friday.

If you have placed an order and have not received an order confirmation within 12 hours please email the team orders@vahststore.com so that we can assist you.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly orders@vahststore.com and we’ll take you through the process. We understand that you may have had a change of mind with product or sizing so we are happy to provide a free return paid Australia Post shipping label. Once the goods are received by our store we will process a store credit for the full value of your order which you can use at your discretion. If you would like to make an exchange for a different size or style without a change in order value please let us know and we will ship the exchange to you free of charge. Certain items are not eligible for a return such as customised products, personal care goods, gift cards or sale items. Please see the refund policy for more information.

Yes, we welcome in store pick ups. Please wait until your in store pickup notification arrives (note this is different from your order confirmation). Once you receive notification that your order is ready our address is: 12/15 Ramly drive, Burleigh Heads, 4220, QLD. Our store opening hours are Wednesday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm local time. If you cannot make it in during those times please email us at orders@vahststore.com and we may be able to arrange an alternate time.
