We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly orders@vahststore.com and we’ll take you through the process. We understand that you may have had a change of mind with product or sizing so we are happy to provide a free return paid Australia Post shipping label. Once the goods are received by our store we will process a store credit for the full value of your order which you can use at your discretion. If you would like to make an exchange for a different size or style without a change in order value please let us know. Certain items are not eligible for a return such as customised products, personal care goods, gift cards or sale items. Please see the refund policy for more information.
