A.EMERY was born in 2017 out of Anna McLaren's search for the perfect black minimal sandal. Anna was frustrated by the lack of simple yet quality options. Anna has used her extensive industry experience as a designer to help her produce a product range that is equally stylish as accessible. It's clear to see, A.EMERY make truly timeless footwear that lasts, both in material and style.
She is committed to operating sustainably and ethically, whilst producing footwear for the discerning, confident and purposeful modern person.
Sustainability & Ethics
The sandals themselves are manufactured in India in factories that A.Emery is committed to visiting twice a year to ensure that production exceeds internationally recognised standards for workers such as age, living wage, discrimination and working conditions.
The leather used to construct the sandals is sourced through the Leather Working Group (LWG), an International leather certification NFP.
